PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher owns the impact rotor with a special ring hammer. When the material enters into the crusher, it can be crushed by the ring hammer which is revolved by the high-speed motor, at the same time the material obtained the kinetic energy and rushed at the impact plate receiving the second crushing process, then falls on the screen sieve and be cut, extruded, and grinded by the ring hammer. At last the material up to the standard can be discharged by the machine. Uncrushable material enters in to the metal collector and should be eliminated regularly.
    PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher is used to crush coal, especially brittle materials, like gangue, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale, loose limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material does not surpass 15%. It has the following features: energy-saving, fine output size, higher efficiency, and lower noise, less dust pollution and so on.

Note: The discharged material size can be chosen willfully within the 0-60mm scope. When it is below 15mm, the output should be 60% of the tabulation data; while it is 3mm, the material moisture does not surpass 10%, the output should be 30% of the tabulation data.
